Monday, January 25, 2016 - A vertical of Joseph Swan Zins (Scott & Jo's): I think we all agreed the Stellwagon vineyard zins were a cut above the Mancini. Purple in color. The nose has black cherries, spice and a bit of bramble. On the palate, its good but lacking in something. Verve? Acidity? Not quite sure. Nice dark cherry fruit. Good finish. enjoyable wine for sure but not more. Picky, picky.
