Saturday, December 18, 2021 - Still going strong but becoming more "serious" and darker (fruit and flavors). Needs a good decant to soften and integrate all the flavors and structure. Earthy notes and dark bitter chocolate impose themselves on the finish. Not like the weak of heart (kind of like a wine from Las Piedras).
