Friday, July 1, 2016 - Blood red. Opened 45 minutes before drinking. Let breath in glasses. Nose evolved from slightly vegetal and sweet to more complex including chocolate, tarragon, plum and cedar. This is a massive wine and this bottle showed younger than the last we had, though consistent.
