Wednesday, January 3, 2018 - SLDS GC NY Traditional Tasting: Lime, pear, orange, graphite and spice - lots going on. Rich and textured with excellent purity. Really composed fruit, this is long, with the richness being held in check but great acidity. Drink over the next 10 years.
