Monday, March 22, 2021 - This was a luminous bottle which covered up the year. Very cool bottle btw but it is about the wine not the bottle. I believe this was a 2012 based on what was available when we purchased. First was the color which was a pale yellow. Great quality and quantity of fine bubbles that lasted a very long time. Delicate nose with notes of green fruits, honey and flowers. Flavor was again delicate and nuanced with complex fruity floral notes. Nice finish that pleasantly lingers on the palate. Everyone loved this wine even those that don't like champagne.
