Saturday, December 31, 2022 - Brought to tonight's abbreviated palooza by Jen.....it's very Cali, very white and very fruity, with white floral notes, vanilla, tropical and butterscotchy smooth. Hard to find any fault with this one if you love Cail whites.....ty, DQ!

1/1/2023 6:42:00 PM - I forgot this one in my story, will have to add. And I would call it an accelerated palooza rather than abbrieviated. Because we drank our 3 day quantity of mine in half the time!!!

1/1/2023 7:07:00 PM - So funny.....was just checking in the cellar and found a glass of this one under cork in the bottle and of the Merryvale Profile also.....tasting this one now, the nose is a bit muted, on the palate it's a tad more oaky, a little cloudy and the fruit is not quite as good as the 1st night. I get more acidity rising to the fore front also. Will let the rest of the glass sit and air out for another hour and see how it does then.......
