Tuesday, August 26, 2008 - This bottle was opened at Charlie Trotter's 21st Anniversary dinner. It was opened and decanted for more than an hour before drinking. It was a hit and had to follow a lot of outstanding wines. I will continue to stock up on this outstanding wine and winery.
