Tuesday, January 20, 2009 - Cherry on the nose and on the palare with a bit of darker cherry. Also present is back pepper oak and slight raspberry notes. Still holding up well, and still somewhat tanic and decently balanced, you can feel just a little "heat" which goes away more when it opens up. Still a "big" wine.
