Tuesday, November 6, 2018 - Nice dark Ruby to purple color. A nice strong bouquet of sweet dark cherries and earthy fruit. On the palate it has nice ripe dark cherry earthy dark berry fruit flavors. A nice long finish. Modest complexity. It does have some soft hands and a little bit of acid left which may allow it to develop a tiny bit more. It's certainly tastes like it has staying power. It tastes like it has another 5 years left on it, but with Israeli wines you never know. Unlike many Israeli wines this is not over ripe. It has very nice balance and some complexity. Definitely worth trying
