Monday, November 30, 2015 - Syrah/CS blend throwing a respectable amount of sediment; pristine cork. Just getting around to entering notes and what's been said rings true. Not sure how this was earlier, 1st of three opened, but it's drinking fine now and showing some age, but with time yet to go...
