Thursday, August 24, 2023 - Aged well with the vibrant hues of a much younger bottle. The smaller fizz gave away the age as did the deep brioche and candied fruit flavors somewhat like an aged sauternes. Very pleasant and always cool to have vintage Champagne with the high art dimpled bottle.
