Friday, January 2, 2015 - Very nice -- really nice notes of citrus, mineral, quince, and spice. Restrained sweetness holds true to the demi-sec label, and it has outstanding acidity to keep it refreshing and balanced. Gained some complexity the next day, with more of the quince flavor and some stone fruit. Still very youthful and has plenty of time ahead.
