Saturday, January 3, 2015 - Absolute perfection. We carried this to Hy's Steakhouse in Whistler to close out the holiday season - and it paired brilliantly with one of the best meal experiences we've had. [Along with an 07 Cayuse En Chamberlin: this is the highest I've ever scored a wine.]
