Thursday, November 28, 2013 - Needed a couple hours to open up and is quite youthful. Smokey nose with some cherry. Palate is still quite bright and tart, with plenty of cherry fruit and a touch of cassis. Moderate pipe tobacco and herbal finish, turning a bit sweet. This still needs some time but is approachable with air.
