Saturday, June 4, 2016 - I am really not getting this wine. I have popped and poured, decanted, opened and left, and I can't get anything more than an acidic palate. My bottles have been stored IB until very recently so I can't believe that is the problem, is it just too far gone? Very disappointing.

6/4/2016 7:19:00 PM - Thanks for your note and rating. Hmmm...yes, very disappointing. Sorry to read. This may sound crazy, but we think 2001 is still too young to sip this wine. We have one bottle. We have, based on recommendation from the wine merchant, targeted our bottle for circa 2020. We very much like their whites, which we always wait for at least 20+ years to sip. Thinking outlaid to try to help.
