Wednesday, August 15, 2018 - So much better a bottle. Fine garnet colour, plenty aromatics. Spices, wood smoke, saddlery. Bitter cherry, warm spices, dried meats, great acidity. Swirling and changing constantly. Good length. Seems to be considerable bottle variability but good ones are lovely, and getting into there stride.
