Let the 01 have its day. This is so young but such a great wine. Honey, quince, spice on the nose. Great acidity. Lively, spry acidity with a slightly viscous honeyed palate with oranges and orange peel. Long finish. Gorgeous wine. Needs another 10 years and should last for a couple of decades after that.
