Sunday, April 7, 2024 - Opened and poured out a glass and let the bottle site for a few hours. Ready for drinking. I don’t have tremendous experience with aged Bordeaux, but I don’t think this would benefit from further cellaring. Ripe raspberries and eucalyptus flavors. Delicious!
