Sunday, October 26, 2014 - If you want to turn your friends on to what a Bordeaux wine is, open a bottle of this wine, leave it in a room, go out for dinner, then come back and sniff the room. There is no mistaking this gentleman's bordeaux with a nose full of earthy ground coffee, fermenting tobacco, glistening minerals and red clay. The nose is currently totally dis-connected from the tart wine, as it feels hot, dis-jointed, and is in total recluse. Don't even think about drinking this wine for another 10 years, because though your nose will be delighted, your palate will feel cheated. It dosnt take a rocketeer to see that this is going places and maybe beyond.
