Tuesday, March 22, 2011 - Fragrant aroma of strawberries and banana cream pie. Nice palate of berry fruits, spice and minerals dominate the finish. Pure, balanced, but soft - it is missing the acid zip and zing that I love. Those who like their acid toned down should like this more than I do, and I like it quite a bit.
