Sunday, October 9, 2022 - Pronounced nose intensity with notes of smoke, pencil lead, vanilla, cassis, toast. Medium+ acidity and medium+ tannin. Tannin is polished and rounded. Nose is a little closed but the palate is perfect.

10/14/2022 11:25:00 PM - In my opinion, its probably just started its drinking window and it will benefit with cellaring time. I have decanted it 3-4 hours ahead.
