Saturday, December 31, 2022 - Very good, but intense. The oak is still prominent, and I think this wine has just entered its drinking window. We drank it with thick grilled ribeye steaks, which was good, as the wine would not have been as pleasant on its own. If I had another, I'd wait 10-12 years before drinking.
Is this worth $44 per glass? Not yet, I think, but it might be, in time.
