Expressive and beguilingly complex nose of sweet cherries, plums, cassis, menthol, graphite and wet earth. on the palate: firm mouth feel, focused cassis and plum with lead pencil, great structure and minerality on the mid, fine, drying tannins on the medium-long finish with some tobacco and black-tea notes. Excellent now , should improve over next 5-6 years.
