Tuesday, August 16, 2011 - popped and poured, and initially seemd flat and tired, lacking the zip I recalled from last year... however, it quickly opened up becoming crisp and still pretty fresh. Similar watermelon and strawberry profile, but perhaps a little more complexity and slightly less fruit intensity. Paired well with some grilled salmon.
