Saturday, April 1, 2023 - Served not quite as chilled this time, and as hoped the smell a bit more defined; still quite reserved but apricot and slight pineapple that then comes through very strongly on the taste. Still a freshness / acidic zip to cut through the weight of tropical fruit flavours. Not evolving much but enjoying this very much
