Friday, January 1, 2010 - Fresh and fruity, good balance but a bit anonymous on the palate and rustic bitterness on the finish. Still, very good California sparkling (and good QPR) that went well with smoked salmon and mint and coriander Indian spiced shrimp appetizers.
