Sunday, May 27, 2007 - Very good everyday sparking wine. Yellow-golden in color. Good nose of citrus and apples. Slightly biscuity opening followed by a solid palate of apple, melon, and vanilla. Overall, medium-bodied with a nice crisp yet creamy character. Short and rather uninspiring dry finish. I drink this bubbly (usually in split size) too often to always review, but this tasting is consistent with all previous experiences. One of the better splits available; a fine everyday bubbly.
