Monday, June 30, 2008 - Ordered a split of this at the Inn at Hawkshead in South Haven, Michigan. A dry sparkler with an excellent bead. Notes of lemon/lime. Clean and crisp finish. Overall though this was fairly straight forward with much complexity. 86 points.
