Tuesday, May 19, 2015 - A private dinner (Restaurant De Echoput, Hoog Soeren, Netherlands): Fresh, slightly lactic, the customary Nahe fruit salad, elegant, subtle smoky honey, hint of Eiswein-apple, fleshy fruit, subtle bitters, not big or sweet by BA-standards but has real drive, elegance, line and length.
