Wednesday, October 20, 2010 - Mo's A Place for Steaks (Houston, TX). Decanted table side. Rich dark maroon in color. Earthy mint on the nose with backgrounds of dark fruit, vanilla and oak. More spearmint on the palate with dark cherries, cassis and vanilla oak. Wonderful mouth feel. Clearly superior to the '06 Rubicon Cask we started with.
