Monday, December 25, 2023 - Sadly my last bottle of six. This was more vital and balanced than ever. Primary aromas/flavours of lemon, green and yellow applw, pineapple, supple oaky notes of vanilla and toast. A will balaced wine, with high alcohol balance by high acidity and a very high fruit concentration. Extraordinary long finish. On par with the best Burgundy Premier Crus and many Grand Crus.
