Saturday, February 14, 2015 - Wine really opened up with air as it was quite tight upon opening. Crushed Raspberry, mineral, faint oak spice aromas climb out of the glass, the wine features tiers of red and black fruit with perfectly integrated oak spiciness. The wine finished with silky integrated tannins and creamy red fruit elements that linger for over a minute on the pallette. So delicious, exactly as Shiraz should be, ripe and extracted, but still balanced and not over the top. Drink now or through 2019. Cellared in temp controlled cellar.
