Sunday, November 25, 2012 - Best of the bunch so far. Beautiful crimson without even a tinge of brown at the rim. Cork was moist all the way through but fully intact. Decanted and let sit for 15 minutes. Developed well in the glass over the next 30+ minutes. Floral and vanilla nose that manifested in the first tastes. As it developed, more tart cherries with some sweet chocolate and earth. Eventually some orange and honey. A really nice wine.
