Wednesday, December 8, 2010 - Really love this wine. Probably needs to integrate the oak more, but the cherry and tar are so outstanding that it will be hard to keep for long. Not an easy food pairing, like a burgundy, barolo, or bordeaux, but more than worth the trouble to make it work. Terrific value.
