Sunday, August 26, 2012 - - Amber color - A chenin blanc very much in the style of a Saviennier. Really an excellent compliment to grilled sword fish. Dry, salty and hints of lemon. Body wise it's light, with a long finish. It worked very well with dinner and also with a bit of hard cheese. Don't serve it ice cold. Needs to warm up a bit. Wish I had some more. The winery promised to add two bottles to my allocation.
