Monday, March 12, 2007 - Sixty minutes of air certainly helped, but I found it ready to drink after thirty minutes. A ripe , full bodied Shiraz with a glass coating viscosity, blueberries, blackberries, smoky red fruit, there’s a bunch in there. Drank great for four hours, and I’m hoping a few years of cellar time will help round out the slightly rough finish. Still, a pretty good wine.
