Monday, November 6, 2017 - Opened a few days after delivery from bond so maybe not fully settled

Brick colour with slightest hint of brown. Unmistakably Australian aromatics, touches of eucalyptus with black fruit
Much better balanced than expected; 15% abv not particularly noticeable, still good acidity, powerful but not overwhelming, and not a fruit bomb now, if it ever was
