Monday, December 5, 2011 - Monster Cab as its style is consistent. this one needs several years but if you cant wait it needs several hours and decant to expose its depths. with that the wine was fruit forward, a oak and cedar notes hints of vanilla, and coffee on the finish. This was actually better than the 07 opened at the same time last year.
