Friday, January 29, 2021 - Bought and stored since release. Cork saturated 1/8"...almost new. Early sip revealed need for decant. 3 hour Slow Ox in glass and bottle. Full bodied, old world leather, beef blood, iron, spice, black currants, light tannins. Saved remainder in 375ml overnight and was even more impressed on day 2. 94, 95 on 2nd day.
