Saturday, April 18, 2015 - Deep ruby. Concentrated blackberry, plum, florals and cedar. Pleasant, rounded tannins, but when tasted with food the mouthfeel and finish were sensational. Enjoyed with beef ragu, and certainly a food wine. Cru Bourgeois; 53% CS, 28% M, 19% PV; $37; drink now-2018.
