Saturday, February 11, 2012 - decanted 1 hour before consuming. dark inky-purple color. olive, mushroom, dark chocolate on the nose. Not much on the palate. Very smooth, no alcohol or tannins to kick. A very light wine that needs to be consumed with food - which is Gary's intent. Could use more time in the cellar to fully develop.
