Monday, October 31, 2016 - Kept about two years under condition 1, last two years under condition 2 (see my profile). Taste: Blackberry, with blueberry and red berry. Some sous-bois and herbs. At the second day cherry-liquor in the nose, fruity and concentrated in the taste. On its own the tannins still were a bit astringent. Drunk with food the 14% alcohol didn’t really disturb this time. Compared to other tastings, this wine is developing well. Can be drunk now with food, but probably has upward potential. For now: 88-(89).
