Monday, April 15, 2024 - Another 2004 horizontal (Hawksmoor Guildhall): Cor, this is great. Energetic nose, with a great combination of savoury notes and spearmint. Airy, greenish and exciting on the palate, again with some lovely savoury development, then softer and redder-fruited with time in the glass. Super finish too: long and seductive. My WOTN and the group's #3.
