Tuesday, January 15, 2019 - Moderate matchstick quality that fades into the background with some time in the glass. So give the wine a little air before drinking. Medium body. Pleasantly tart red fruits (crushed raspberry/cranberry); cedar; earth; dried flowers; excellent acidity resulting in a nice lift to the wine; integrated tannins leading to a surprisingly long finish. Rustic. Yum. 12% alcohol.
Time to drink up.
