Sunday, April 14, 2013 - Cork soaked through and crumbled in last stage of extraction. Opened 3 hours before drinking. Medium, clear red. Bosquey notes in the aroma, with a tiny whiff of clean straw. Most struck by the acidity and tannins toward the integrated end of the spectrum--plenty of structure, but not agressively so. Clearly Italian. Given the condition of the cork, I think more extended storage is a gamble.
