Wednesday, December 1, 2010 - Aromas of raspberries and blackberries with vanilla-oak notes and a slight herbal quality. Medium-full bodied with a fair amount of tannic grip and pretty good acidity. The fruit comes off as very ripe, but not jammy, showing plenty of brambly fruit with hints of mint and loamy earth on the palate. Good length, but overall needs a little bit of time.
