Wednesday, May 22, 2013 - Bouquet immediately filled them room upon opening. Decanted 30 minutes.
Color: Brown/red brick
Nose: dried red cherry and bouillon
Palate: Dried cherry and cranberry, oak
Finish: Medium+ with a heavy amount of oak that should integrate with time in the bottle
