Wednesday, May 24, 2017 - The Rotating Dinners, II.1: Rhys, 2008-10 (Chicago, IL): Again the 2008 was the best wine of the vertical. This is a little stemmy and nicely black-fruited here, but there is bitterness on the finish which again detracts greatly from the experience here. A bit of orange peel, this feels like a very full wine, but perhaps more time may expose more?
