Sunday, February 5, 2012 - Deep, dark, peach color, almost as if there was skin contact with the grape; almost a bourbon-like shade of amber. Floral and strong honey aromas, with undertones of sweet peach jam and honeydew melon. Good acidity with moderate sweetness and relatively high effervescence, which helps to offset the sweetness. Orange, honeydew, and a mead-like character with a somewhat short finish.

Not very memorable, though not bad at all.
