Saturday, June 2, 2018 - 1st attempt at this bouley.
Nose was very expressive with red cherries, floral spices, and showing secondary characteristics. Palate is medium bodied with very good fruit concentration and a touch of oak. Not a lot of structure here and would probably resemble a chambolle instead. This is at a good drinking point.
